Rack Inspection Training Courses

SEMA guidelines are used to help you to assess the immediate and future risks involved with the damage to your pallet racking. At Racking Inspection Training, our SARI will train your staff to competently test your racking weekly through our rack inspection training courses.

Under PUWER regulations, it’s required that your warehouse or any premises with pallet racking must be checked once a week by a designated PRRS (Person Responsible for Racking Safety). Our team here will train your staff to perform the weekly inspections and keep updated documents on them.

 

Our highly-trained SARI (SEMA Approved Racking Inspectors) will teach your staff how to spot and report the problems that occur every day. These can take place in your workplace to ensure that your staff can apply our training to their working environment.

As a PRRS, you will be able to identify the issues in racking that could create a risk in the future and effectively report it using SEMA damage guidelines. Using the traffic light system, you will create a record of your weekly inspections.
